donations wanted.

Does you or someone you know suffer from diabetes? Does you or someone you know want to run a marathon on Easter Island?

If you answered yes to either of these two questions, then you may need to click this pretty picture and make a donation to Team Diabetes: Easter Island.

Why?

Because my friend Buzz Bishop really wants to run a marathon on Easter Island but he needs $10,000 worth of donations to do it. I know most of you probably don't even know Buzz, but he's a really nice guy and he's running for a really great cause. I'd like to see him get to go.

Won't you help?

No donation is too small. $1. $5. $10. You name it.

As Lao Tzu once said (or Confusius depending on who you talk to), "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step."

Here's my challenge to you:

If you have a friend or loved one who suffers from diabetes, make a donation. If you yourself suffer from diabetes, make a donation. If you like to run in marathons, make a donation. If you like to read my blog from time to time, make a donation. If you've ever listened to Buzz on the radio, make a donation. If you've ever wanted to go to Easter Island, make a donation. If you've never wanted to go to Easter Island, make a donation.

You get the point.

Make a donation. Click the picture to make it happen.

Thanks.

(Oh, and feel free to post one of these banners on your blog if you feel passionately about sending Buzz to Easter Island for Team Diabetes Canada.)
